چکیده
Background: Indigenous rhizobial populations may be unable to achieve successful symbiosis in the field due rare population and unfavourable soil environment. Introduced plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are frequently linked faster growth, development, yield of with synergetic effect on indigenous Rhizobium bacteria. Furthermore, co-inoculating legumes both PGPR is proven more effective for improving nodulation as well development legumes. Methods: The experiment was conducted at research farm TCA, Dholi Muzaffarpur a campus Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University, Pusa, Bihar during kharif season 2021 investigate “Evaluation along multifunctional Rhizobacteria black gram [Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper]”. There were eight number treatments replicated thrice randomized block design. treatment comprised T1- control, T2- (Bradyrhizobium spp.), T3- + PUK-171 (Stenotrophomonas rhizophila), T4- NE 10 (Bacillus cereus), T5-Rhizobium Pseudomonas spp., T6-Rhizobium LMSR 45 (Pantoea agglomerans), T7-Rhizobium Methylobacterium, T8-N per RDF. Result: result revealed that co-inoculation rhizophila) significantly increase height, leaves plant-1, branches plant‑1, dry weight, crop rate, nodule studies nodules weight recoded higher compare T1, T2, T8 found par rest treatment. In attributing character pods plant-1 recorded did not produce significant effect, case seed similar trends followed, while stover cereus) T1 treatments. Harvest index effect.

Effect of seaweed liquid extract of Caulerpa scalpelliformis on growth and biochemical constituents of black gram (Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper)
Effect of Seaweed Liquid Extract (SLE) of Caulerpa scalpelliformis on growth and biochemical constituents of Vigna mungo was studied. The lower concentration of SLE of C. scalpelliformis (25%) enhanced the percentage of germination, shoot length, root length and biochemical constituents viz., chlorophyll, carotenoid, amino acid, reducing sugar and total sugar contents and α-amylase and β-amylas...
متن کاملAgronomic Traits and Total Seed Protein in Black Gram Vigna Mungo (l.) Hepper
This study evaluated agronomic traits of 111 genotypes of black gram Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper, mainly from Pakistan, to determine the extent of genetic diversity. Seed proteins were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. High genetic variance was observed for days to flowering, days to maturity, number of branches/plant, number of pods/plant, biomass/plant, grain yield/plant and harvest index, whereas low geneti...
متن کاملCorrelation and Path Coefficient Analysis for Yield and Yield Components in Blackgram (vigna Mungo (l.) Hepper)
Correlation coefficient and path analysis studies was conducted with eight parents and their 28 F1 crosses for twelve component characters including seed yield and revealed significant positive association of pods per plant, harvest index and clusters per plant with seed yield in parental generation whereas in F1 generation, significant positive association of clusters per plant, pods per plant...
متن کاملGenetic diversity of the black gram [Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper] gene pool as revealed by SSR markers
In this study, 520 cultivated and 14 wild accessions of black gram (Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper) were assessed for diversity using 22 SSR markers. Totally, 199 alleles were detected with a mean of 9.05 alleles per locus. Wild black gram showed higher gene diversity than cultivated black gram. Gene diversity of cultivated accessions among regions was comparable, while allelic richness of South Asia ...
متن کاملMapping of Mungbean Yellow Mosaic India Virus (MYMIV) and powdery mildew resistant gene in black gram [Vigna mungo(L.) Hepper]
Black gram, one of the important species of Asian Vigna group of grain legumes, is widely grown in South Asia and is an important source of dietary protein. The two main biological constraints particularly Mungbean Yellow Mosaic India Virus(MYMIV) and powdery mildew pose a major threat to black gram production in India. Several reports on mapping mungbean yellow mosaic virus disease and powdery...
